The Regina Motorcycle Association Incorporated was formed in 1982. Comprised of a membership limited to 21 active members; we are a non-profit service club dedicated to promoting a better image for motorcyclists while bettering our community through donations to many local charaties.
Originally conceived to form an organized body of motorcyclists to host the growing Labour Day motorcycle rally in Ceylon, it has since grown to encompass many R.M.A.I. events. Events such as a motorcycle parts swap meet, our annual toy run parade, as well as a poker run to Findlater, and a Canadian Blood Services endorsed blood donor clinic.
My memory must be getting bad. Last week Dar and I were getting ready for a ride up to Grande Prairie to visit her 93 year old grandmother and family. I guess with trying to remember what all to pack and get the motorcycle ready, the weekly article for the RMAI got forgotten. I did remember it in Lloydminster Thursday evening, while visiting with my cousin. I probably could have used his computer but we were pretty involved in a conversation about a motorcycle he is thinking of buying, not to mention a box of beer.
